As a former top producer at American Express, where she managed a national account team responsible for $350 million in revenues, Valerie learned firsthand what it took to achieve results.

In the mid-90’s, she worked for a sales consulting and training firm, where she coached sales people individually, and delivered sales training workshops. That work made her realize how much pleasure she derived from helping others to accelerate their success.

In 1998, she started her own business to help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve new levels of performance. Her clients have included corporate executives, teams at Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, entrepreneurs, and CEOs of small businesses.

For most of the year, she lives in sunny Florida with her husband, Adam, and their two cats, Hugo and Louie.
