Ah life. Before we know it years are racing by – and the responsibilities never seem to end. We take care of our kids, our homes, our families. Sometimes it feels like we’re living someone else’s life and nobody’s living ours. Don’t let that happen though! Hold onto the things that make you unique and amazing – your dreams!

Sometimes our dreams feel so far away – what do we do recapture them?

First, schedule some alone time on your calendar to regroup and remember. There were things you wanted from your life, and even though things may be a little overwhelming, there’s no reason you can’t have them.

Next, set up a plan to move toward those dreams. Want to finish your degree? Take the first step of applying to a great university – or even grab a class at a local community college. Want to have your own business, but feel stuck in your 9-5? Start a hobby business to do in your spare time.

The point is this: Maybe you can’t live your dreams completely, but you can let them fill the life you have.
