As a successful executive, entrepreneur and Integrative Success Coach* myself, I use coaches and surround myself with mentors … (I always have and always will) because it motivates me to reach for what’s possible as opposed to settling for what’s doable. A coach listens intently, asks clarifying questions, challenges your assumptions, helps you dream bigger and holds you accountable to make the decisions you need to make, and to take the courageous actions you need to take in order to grow personally and professionally and see your dreams come to pass.
The first truth is: you must go where you’re uncomfortable going for any significant change to materialize in your life … with your body, your finances, your business, your career or your relationships. Isn’t interesting how when we continue to do the same things, we get the same results? There is no exception to that and it’s true for everyone. Change is inevitable but growth and progress are optional.
The second truth is: We can do everything but we cannot necessarily do it alone. Some of us think we can! With a coach you will be challenged, stretched and empowered.
